The tooth is mostly undergoing necrosis due to the injury. Which means, the blood vessels and nerves inside the tooth are slowly dying. This causes the black spot. You need an X ray to confirm the diagnosis and a root canal treatment. Visit the dentist at once, or you may end up with an infection

Firstly an X-ray is required to check the health of the tooth. Treatment depends on that. If it is non vital it may require a root canal treatment. Otherwise a cosmetic treatment like a ceramic filling etc could solve your problem
