Black specks in baby stool

Hello doctor, my baby is 4 month old and is completly on formula (no bm) she passed stool woth black specs once there were around 2 3 black specs. Shes on iron fortified FM SIMILAC ADVANCE can specs be due to FM??

Passing dark colored stools It's a common side effect of taking oral iron supplement. It's harmless.
