ECT and magnetic stimulation are not first line therapies. In your case the following approach may work 1. Optimisation of mood stabiliser dose 2.reduction of antipsychotic dose if that is causing obsessional thoughts 3. Balancing with an anti OCD drug with least propensity for a manic switch. 4.psychotherapy for thoughts.    There are a variety of options in pharmacotherapy so your doctor need not advise about electric/magnetic therapy. They are costly , may require  admission/daycare  , they also reduce the efficacy of medicines.
