I do hsg test at that time dictor says that my both the fallopian tubes are open but in report its seen that bilateral tubal blockage..plz help me i m confused now...Will i get pregnant in this situation or i have to go for any surgery?

If picture  suggests Bilateral  Tubal block, IVF  required. Before  that take a second  opinion.
