If you have no pain and no difficulty in daily activities then surgery can usually be delayed.
Doing THR later at 26 years is generally not a problem if you remain comfortable and joint condition is monitored regularly. Surgery is usually done when pain, limp, stiffness or functional limitation increases.
At present, regular follow-up and observation are reasonable.
