I am suffering from nerve root compression l3/l4/l5/s1 from 3 yrs. Now from 1yr having problem of AVN in both HIPS stage 3

Sir, At this age, the problem seems to be really big. From the data you have given, i think we are missing a bigger picture. Need more data and evaluation. At the outset, i think the solution seems to be bilateral THR ....but personally i have delt many such cases with out surgery.
Next Steps
please get an opinion from a well expiriened Orthopaedic surgeon. If replacement is the only choice, then consider Resurfacing proceedures like Birmingham hip
