Hello doctor I have some digestion issues like bloating and gas sometimes because I eat high calorie and high protein diet I am using bifilac capsule daily I am a athelete and I am using this for Higher nutrients absorption Can I take this daily ? OR Anyone suggest me a good PROBIOTIC tab which can use daily
