Is it a case of asymmetrical IUGR?? Gest age 33 wk BPD 30 wk Head circumference 32wk Abd circumference 32 wk 3 days Femur length 30 wk 4 days BDP, h, fl.. less than 5th percentile Left uterine artery and umbilical artery show mildly raised impedance Breech presentation Foetal weight - 1.8kg

No it's not iugr To qualify bas iugr discrepancy between gestational age n abdominal circumference should be more than 2 weeks The raised raised impedance could be a matter of concern U hvnt mentioned umbilical artery

Consultation required. Mild growth restriction is there but it needs to be further checked with your previous ultrasound reports and dating scan to confirm it
