What is her exact problem beta HCG or temperature or travel? As Gynaecologist I can say that she is pregnant and beta HCG has to be repeated after 48 hours .then if it is increased then pregnancy ultrasound should be done and then think about travel .
Take precautions during travel as it is very early pregnancy
Capsule Susten 200 mg per vaginum pessary twice a day for 2 weeks
Continue Fol 123
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day
Next Steps
Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Drink lots of water and fruits juice
Take small frequent meals 7-8 times a day like curd rice lemon rice imli rice to prevent motion sickness
