Belly fat problem

I have grown too much tummy recently. Although i have chnged nothing in my lifestyle. I have done thyroid checkup also but negative. I am not eaching much and having on time diet ( 10am breakfast , 1:30 lunch, 9:30 dinner and mostly fruits in eve snacks ). I am eating almost same as earlier and my sitting sleeing schedule is also same. Just i have started few medicines for pimples : keraglow eva, isotroin 20, wysolone, dazzit and becosule  as suggested by my dermatologist. Can someone help how to reduce my tummy . Is this can be sideeffect of medicine and will go oncemedication stop

Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans...... Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts.
