U do no take some oily foods,also no fast,junk,processed ,street, occasionally served foods.do not take fried or impure ,low quality masala, water.take small but frequently meals 6 to 8 times evn.most importantly do some belly, hips,low limbs EXERCISES, selected yoga or pranayams. Chek No gas after meals any time,no empty stomach .small but evry two hours small meals like puffed rice,dry fruits, soup etc.walking, free hand jogging, aerobic,cycling may get improve mnt.period regular. Bowl clear.no stress & timely routine work
