Behind the ear scratch

Please see attached pic of behind my right ear. Its itchy and seems infected. Pls help. It has been more or less like this for 6 months.

Proper analysis of the lesion has to be done to start the treatment. It is advisable to keep the area clean and dry and avoid scratching  . You can visit the clinic for proper assessment of the lesion or do an online consultation to decide the further line of action.
