Bed sore or pressure sore

My 71 old father is bed riden with brain stroke since last 5 month. Since coming from hospital he has bed sore so doctor suggested use of megaheal and neusporin, we are doing it at home every day 2 times still the wound it not showing any relief. Is there any other way to treat bed sore. Please also find pic from today cleaning.

Dressing is required only once in a day. This wound will take long time to heal and your patience. Keep the patient always on a “ karwat “ and never flat even if you are using air bed.

Yes. There are ways to treat bedsore. Visit a plastic surgeon for surgical treatment if the patient is fit for anaesthesia.

Also there is negative pressure dressing by some agents costing around 5 to 8 k for 5 days dressing which can also help fast healing
