Baking soda for teeth

Is it okay to brush teeth with baking soda + sea salt + peppermint essential oil !? Instead of using toothpaste available in the market?

No it is not ok,,I donot believe in these home made remedies for cleaning teeth,,just use any toothpaste and brush your teeth twice daily after meals.

No it's not recommended to use any such thing because it will abrade your enamel layer and leading to exposure of dentin which causes sensitivity.

Not recommended as its particle size is large and can damage your out layer of teeth in long term which can leads to dental problems. There are numerous paste available now with organic mixture in adequate quantity and partical size.

No it's not fine . It will be very abrasive will harm the enamel layer leading to sensitivity. Use regular paste

Hi,Please do not use any home remedies to brush your teeth ,instead use paste available in the market & brush twice daily with soft bristle toothbrush.

Baking soda is an abrasive powder that removes the stains on teeth by scrubbing away the smooth, shiny enamel and making it rough. Please use any regular toothpaste. Also why would you prefer baking soda over toothpaste?
