I am a feeding mother. I am having dental problem that some water coming from last tooth with bad smell. Shall I take dental treatment for it. Is it affect baby..

That is not water..It is called pus from which it arises from an infected tooth or infected gum.

In my opinion  You May have Pericoronitis that is common from the last Molar Teeth at this time. You can visit dentist it can be treated by Simply taking Medication but it is a Symptomatic treatment it may recurr again but the permanent solution can be the tooth extracted or cleaning the pericoronitis Gingiva by Normal Saline by a Dentist
