Make a healthy routine .70% diet & 30% exercise helps in the weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed or single tonned milk (300) ml daily Curd and paneer are made up from the tonned milk Use olive oil , sunflower oil, saffola, rice bran oil, mustard oil Can take artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day) Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables Avoid tinned canned, preserved food and processed food
