I find difficulty in getting proper sleep...due to this feeling inactiveness in mind..how to cure this

Stop alcohol if you have the habit. Try to maintain regular sleep timings. Dont have tea or coffeee or smoke after 5pm . Dont keep looking at clock if you r not sleepy. Try to meditate atleast 3 times a day. If this doesnot help, you need medication.
