Hi , Your bad breath could be due to poor oral hygiene and deposition of plaque and calculus. I hope u don't have pain at the right wisdom tooth region.  You can undergo surgical extraction of both upper and lower right wisdom teeth by a maxillofacial  surgeon.

Bad breath can be caused due to dirt (plaque) formation over your teeth, we advise full mouth cleaning (scaling). You have 2 problems. The first one is the bad breath we need to see clinically. We advised dental scaling under the microscope and will give you oral care and food habits for fresh breath. For the wisdom tooth extraction if it's hurting then you can remove it. Your right side wisdom tooth looks impacted. Needs surgical removal for the same.
