Without getting your teeth checked up by a dentist, there is no point in using over-the-counter medicines, as they only mask the problem and give temporary relief, without actually treating the problem.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist, or a gum specialist (Periodontist)
Health Tips
6 months is a really long time, kindly do not make any further delay.

Bad breath could be because of food lodgement, decayed teeth, gum diseases. get a proper scaling and polishing done. Then maintain your hygiene by brushing twice daily and regular check ups every 6 months.

Hello , Thanks for your query first. Lifestyle and home remedies for bad breath include: Brush teeth and tongue : brush at least twice a day, but preferably after each meal Clean dentures: dentures, bridge, mouth guard - should be cleaned as recommended on a daily basis. Floss: flossing reduces the build-up of food particles and plaque from between the teeth - brushing only cleans around 60% of the surface of the tooth. Avoid dry mouth: drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol and tobacco, both of which dehydrate the mouth. Diet and lifestyle : avoid onions, garlic, spicy food, tobacco and cigarettes. If all of above have been tried out or didn't work out then your bad breath / yellow teeth may be due to : TARTER: there is a deposition of biofilm on teeth and gum line. when it calcified it called tarter. And the reason of this tarter is lack of oral hygiene / cleaning. That's why it's is recommended to go for a dentist to know your oral hygiene status. Dentist will perform scaling / bleaching depends on your dental condition. He will examine your sensitivity and bleeding gum problem. Then use remedies mentioned above for healthy teeth. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ONE TO EXAMINE ONES TEETH ATLEAST ONCE A YEAR BY A QUALIFIED DENTIST to avoid such (or any other) dental problem. Let me know if I can help you in any possible way. HAVE A GREAT AND HEALTHY LIFE AHEAD  :) Regards, Dr.  Shalini Tolani (Treated 1200+ Smiles and Journey continue... 😀 )

Hello Mam, Bad breath/ halitosis can be a result of various underlying diseases; bad breath with bleeding gums and tooth sensitivity definitely point towards gum disease caused due to accumulation of calculus (deposits)on the tooth surface. Please consult your dentist for periodontal screening( gums and underlying bone health) and for oral prophylaxis (teeth cleaning) Regards, Dr.Sushma

From the problems you have mentioned it appears that you need to get your teeth cleaned from a professional. Using a mouthwash and the toothpaste for sensitivity may not cure your problem. It will give you a temporary relief.
Next Steps
visit a dentist soon and get your teeth cleaned. also anything else that can be done to maintain a good oral health.
Health Tips
regular cleaning from a dentist every six months will help you keep your gums and teeth in good health!
