Health Tips
As you are an IT professional your screen time would be more so you can do some ergonomic changes at your workplace,
1) keep your monitor screen higher to avoid forward neck posture.
2)keep your hands in 90⁰ at elbow and shoulder straight to avoid hunch back.
3) give apt support to your back.
4) Do chin tuck exercise for pain relief and back neck muscles stretch (tuck your chin to your neck by holding the position bend your head forward straight as much as possible, you feel a stretch, if you're feeling pain or discomfort then you're doing it improperly , don't force too much bending ) in between the screen time.
5)keep your both hands back - with entangled fingers and with elbows straight now retract both your shoulder back hold for some time and release(for stooped posture).
6) do neck strengthening exercises - forward neck bending, lateral bendings both sides, rotations do not do back bending.
8) Above points are the basic suggestions.
7) if above points are not giving any comfort then please do consult a physiotherapist or an orthopedic doctor.
