From last 2 month mild pain in lower back... Yesterday it increases so I took x ray.. please help me what is in the x ray I report

Start with hot fomentation , back exercises and walk daily. Need an x-ray in flexion while standing as well (lateral)

Mild pain will be ok with rest and regular painkillers. What’s ur job? Depending on them can advice further treatment in form of medication and exercise. X-ray shows general degenerative changes in spine.

Don’t lift weight from ground and use western toilet.
