I miscarried 3 months pregnancy, now i am bleeding, can i use mensuration cups? Using cups for a long time, now pada are very uncomfortable for me to use

Sanitary pads are better than cups. Infection rate is high in cups.

After abortion risk of infection is high. Use pads for a while after that u can switch back to menstrual cup
