Back sweat with dizziness

I suffer from gerd with ibs d from many years and on June 1 till June 3 very bad stomach infection with severe diarrhea and took Himalaya diarex and stop ibs from few days but weakness and fibromyalgia symptoms with muscle joint pains .today was driving vehicle for long time and full sweat at back so when I got down felt dizziness with slight trembling legs it got ok after taking a pinch of salt .is it anything related to low Bp.what should be done next and is it anything to be worried about .

Hi Your can be cure step wise step First we treated digestive problems then weakness For your digestive system Albendazole- 1 tablet empty stomach Metronidazole 400mg ---1-1 tablet BD( after breakfast,dinner) Gasex (himalaya company)---2-2 tablet( after breakfast lunch,dinner Metronidazole and gasex for 5 days
