I'm sorry to hear that you're in pain. It sounds like you may have injured your hamstring. A hamstring is a muscle in the back of the thigh that helps you bend your knee and straighten your leg. When you contract your knee harshly, you can strain or tear your hamstring. This can cause pain, swelling, and bruising. If you have a lump in the back of your thigh, it's possible that you have a hematoma. A hematoma is a collection of blood that can form after an injury. It's usually not serious, but it can be painful. If you're experiencing pain, swelling, and bruising in your thigh, it's best to see a doctor to get a diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, you can try using a heat pad or ice pack to relieve the pain. You should also avoid strenuous activity and rest your leg. I hope you feel better soon

Hey there! It seems you have injured your hamstrings. It can't be resolved like that. Please consult online. The pain and swelling should have subsided or at least lessened in one week on being minor issue. Do not use heat pad. Put ice pack on the area and do it for 10mins. Do this and consult me online.

Please check with a physiotherapist. Sometimes deep bruising and a lump could be related to a low grade tear. But as hamstring is a big muscle electrotherapy, icing and exercises would suffice. However, this needs physical examination before treatment.
