BACK PROBLEM

SOMETIMES MY BACK GET STRUCK..I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO BEND. SITTING IN SAME POSTURE FOR A LONG TIME INCREASES MY PAIN.

Difficulty in bending forward may be due to back muscles strain or spasm..you may need a course of muscle relaxants and back muscle strengthening exercises..Consult a neurosurgeon and follow his advice
