Serious trouble!! Modern lifestyle has donated this problem. Start giving time to yourself and start playing a game other than routine stretching exercises. Please don’t start gymming!! Just a recreational sport will do. Eat healthy, dont cut down on milk products and home made non ceg food. Take breaks in between long sittings. Take a chill pill. Remember that you are not the only one running the company!! The company will do as good as anyday even without you. All the best

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment ankle is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the ankle with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation
