MRI report is suggesting about disc bulge severity of which is assessed both clinically ( like you have back pain but not going to the legs ) and from MRI image(not available) . So currently good thing is you have only back pain so take 2 weeks of Rest( not doing exercises)
Next Steps
start Tab Zerodol SP BD for 7 days with Tab Razo D empty stomach for 7 days( check for any allergy) start USD/TENS from nearby physio centre for 1 week that will help quickly. After 2 weeks when you start feeling better with no back pain, start back strengthening exercises regularly to avoid future disc problems.
Health Tips
avoid forward bending, weight lifting or exercises for at least 2 weeks.

Hie . Report says one disc (disc space l5-s1) is protruding posteriorly and impinging on nerve . Thecal sac indentation causes back pain while foraminal narrowing causes pain radiating from back to right/ left lower limb (sciatic pain - current shock like pain) . Severity of problem depends on severity of compression. Mild to moderate compression can be treated conservatively with medicines and physiotherapy. Severe compression may need surgical intervention . In your query , it’s not mentioned about severity of compression.. mri films will throw light on the compression severity .
Next Steps
Mild to moderate compression: medical management with Physiotherapy Severe compression: patient examination followed by decision on whether surgery is needed or not .
Health Tips
Avoid sitting down cross legged Avoid climbing stairs Avoid lifting weights Lumbar corsette belt will help Physiotherapy plays important role in recovery . Thanks and regard
