Hi all Attached is my MRI report of lower back Whom should I consult now? Please experts have a look at the report and direct me in right direction This slip disc pain is for 3 months now and there's continues pain in left leg too Thanks

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
Next Steps
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.

the problem of slip disc should be treated as soon as possible as it may increase with time and activities.

for back , go to a physiothertapy clinic. get ultrasonic therapy done if any tenderness+TENS/IFT+ SWD will relax the muscles+Traction(if required)+ some exercises(stretching and strengthening)

at home.bed rest for seven days+hot water fomentation+application of pain killer gel..avoid forward bending, weight lifting, cold exposure , stair climbing.long travelling or driving, no prolonged standing/walkinng/sitting.

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon(spine surgeon) they will do the needful.

... There should be a good correlation between ur mri findings and ur symptoms  and clinical examination... For disc prolapse if there is no red flag like neurological deficit ...tranforaminal epidural with ozone is the minimally invasive treatment of choice... Kindly consult a pain physician for the same....
