Back pain medicine

I have a herniated disc and have already gone through physiotherpy..i am continuing the exercises and have improved. however sometimes the pain comes back..can i take a paracetamol for the back pain? If yes, for how many days can it be taken???

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Herniated disc can be pushed back to it's normal place,in manual physiotherapy, Consult a manual physiotherapists GOOD LUCK

Back pain usually settles with with physio and back muscle strengthening exercises. You can take paracetamol when required not for many day

Kindly do neuro dynamic exercises and core exercises and start walking for 15 to 20 min for 7 days then increase to 30 min  with in 20 days the pain will come down try to reduce your work  as much as possible and try to sit in plastic chairs
