In 2025 i gave birth to my child..after 7 months I leaned backward while sitting in a chair and  fell along with the chair..After few days  I started developing back pain. X ray was done.Doctor said after my c section i developed spondylitis due to calcium deficiency and prescribed gemcal d3..Falling from chair has aggravated the back pain..While having gemcal d3 my back pain got better. But right now doc has suggested only bhujangasana and no medicine is required any more..but after doing bhujangasana on daily basis for about 3 days my pain got worse..Everywhere I have noticed that cobra pose is beneficial to back pain.. I do swimming.. I have ibs ,migraine and anal fissure. I am very weak and feeble physically.. Right now due to back pain I cannot sit, stand and lie for about even 1 hour. I have been already struggling with ibs.cannoy take lots of food. Back pain is not letting me lead my life in a normal way .I used to be a school teacher and aspire to be in future as well.please help

Back strengthening excersize. Avoid forward bending or lifting weight. Use lumbar support/ corset belt.

This looks like definitely vid d deficiency most common postpartum… as you have IBS I would recommend injectable regimen of vit d rather than oral You need to get your serum cal.and vit D levels checked first I would like to see the xray also if at all possible
Next Steps
Get your labs and xray done

Spinal anaesthesia for C section is not the cause of persistent pain. Either fall while on a chair might have precipitated disc bulge or since she has many other associated probs like ibs, loss of appetite , migraine etc, better a detailed mri study to rule out occult primary.

hello patient, spondylitis is wear and tear of spine and will not occur immediately after LSCS. your problem seems to be a general weakness of back muscles due to deficiency of calcium, d3 and magnesium after delivery. this is very common after delivery and may take a year to correct since body's requirements are increased during feeding of baby. also your other problems namely ibs and migraine are many times related to stressful mindset which is again common in post partum period. try meditation and breathing ex instead of aggressive yoga poses initially.
Next Steps
do blood tests for calcium and vit d3. consult a good physiotherapist for developing strength in back muscles. avoid painkillers which can aggravate your ibs. try to get in a happy midset and enjoy time with kid.
