Dear Lavanya first u find what is the problem in spinal Cord. Because of ur having pain last one year. so many causes for back and neck pain. For u r pain u have maintain body poacher while sitting,sleeping. avoid overstrain and stop bending and wait lifting. And fallow some stretching exercise. Strengthening exercise. Daily. If u don't find any relief in a week u better to consult physiotherapy doctor near by ur area.
