Back  pain

2022-02-06 12:49:15
After being in standing position for prolonged hours, the lower left side of my back starts paining. The pain is sharp and then it flow down toy left leg as well. I try to relax myself by lying straight on my bed. However, when I wake up, I struggle to stand on my feet. When I do so, for few mins, there is this acute pain. I don't know which doctor to refer to and why is this happening?

Such things are best managed by  exercises and  changing positions while standing or lying.  If you are not pregnant  you may consult a  Neurologist also regardingsomeinvestigations . I may add that for such problems pain killers can't be the solution.
