Back muscles pain

I m having pain in my back muscles approximately in and around centre of the spine. While moving; stretching and neck movements I feel this pain and not while stationary. It has been there for 15 days now. I have tried massage; move spray application etc. But still the pain has continued. Pls advice on my further course of treatment.

Apply ice pack For 2to3 days. After 3days apply hot pack. Avoid forward bending.
Next Steps
do strengthening Exercises and streching exercises.

Apply hot pack over the affected area followed by back stretching few times a day, avoid prolong sitting in chair, take walking breaks each of 8-10 mins few times a day. Try this for a week or so, and if nothing changes then please see a physiotherapist for complete evaluation and treatment.

U should meet the manual Physiotherapist for back pain. Avoid excess forward bending and also weight lifting. Use Hot water Fomentation also.
