Back and shoulder pain.

2020-02-23 12:18:01
I fell down few years back from some height on the right side of my body. Although there were no internal or external injuries. I have been having pain on right shoulder and back. It also feels like the right side of the body is tired fast as compared to left side even after small physical work. X-Ray was done as a precaution but no injuries were reported in that too. Please help me know which doctor should i consult.

Old injuries can lead to residual weakness because of pain or fear. The brain sets a protective mechanism to safeguard the part but one needs to break this pattern, strengthen the part and use it in day to day life.

Health Tips
since its been many years please don't worry and do not fall prey to passive treatment with machines. just strengthen gradually

Probably after your fall, your right side of the body has gone into a protective mode, with persisting spasms in certain muscles which gives you pain. Sub consciously, using right side less, due to fall, has made your muscles weaker, that's why you tire out fast. You need a proper exercise regime to be followed with a balance of stretching and strengthening exercises.
