Probably after your fall, your right side of the body has gone into a protective mode, with persisting spasms in certain muscles which gives you pain.
Sub consciously, using right side less, due to fall, has made your muscles weaker, that's why you tire out fast.
You need a proper exercise regime to be followed with a balance of stretching and strengthening exercises.
