Hi. I am having sever pain in back and shoulders which has now reached my arms and fingers. The pain is basically below neck and shoulders.

You should immediately consult a certified McKenzie physio therapist cause they are trained in spine issues. Also your condition has gone one step ahead. Stop doing the activities that worsen your issue and bring on any of the symptoms in the hand/ arm.
