Back and Neck pain

I am having back pain from 4 years and neck pain from 6 months. Following medicines were suggested. Shilajit, balarishta and Ashwagandarista. I am very thankful if someone tell what this three medicines does and whether it's good

Sir it will be for us if you also shared the details of your problems but I would suggest you to add some mild exercise for these pains (if no other issue is there) you will feel results yourself Also can do hot fomentation at home or can go for panchkarma therapies

You can go for basti with hot fomentation And massage in any near panchkarma centre! stop using pillow while sleeping! do light exercises of neck! pain in back And neck is directly related to digestion as well!! Do look upon what you eat And when!
