Back and abdominal pain in pregnancy

Hello, Currently I am 28+ weeks pregnant. I am getting back pain and abdominal pain very frequently. I got to know that the abdominal tightness is Braxton Hicks. My current weight is 54kgs and my baby's growth scan is pending. I am also having gastric pain. Are these things normal? I am getting nervous and afraid of preterm labour.

All this is absolutely normal there is nothing to worry about.for gastric issues pantop 40 can be taken for 1 wk
