U should start the fittness programme.. maintain the diet also... use the waist brace during work and sitting to maintain back errect.. try to maintain the body posture straight., stand smart and sit smart.
U should change ur position every 15 mins while u r studding.. if u have more pain at now then take physiotherapy treatment. Take moist hot pack.. hope u get well soon..
