Baby small for Gestational Age

2025-01-13 10:39:12
Hi Doctors, As per my LMP my gestation age should be 13w 6d today. But since I have irregular periods, and as per my previous usgs my Gestation Age should be 11w 6d today. Today I went for NT Scan, and when dr performed usg he said it is 11w 2d. And to come after 10-12 days. There is a difference of 4 days from gestation age. Is there any cause for concern? Should I be worried?

You should not bother much about the 4 days difference. In sonography there is an error of +/-  one week at three months gestation. So it is likely to correct itself subsequently.

It's normal. Lag of 5 to 6 days is fine with irregular period.

No it's normal. There can be a lag of 6-7 days it's normal. You gestational age by LMP doesn't exactly corresponds to gestational age by usg
