Hello Please observe the tooth is changing its color or is there any any swelling If anything is there, then we have to save the tooth by pulpectomy

Since your 4-year-old has fallen and the front tooth is loose, don’t worry—it is a milk tooth. These teeth are sometimes pushed or shaken during a fall. We need to check if the tooth is just slightly mobile or if there is injury to the gums or bone. Usually, if the tooth is not very loose, it may tighten again on its own. Please make sure your child eats soft food and avoids biting with the front teeth. Keep the area clean and watch for swelling or change in color. If the tooth becomes very loose, painful, or turns dark, then we may need to remove it or if not we can save the by pulpectomy.
Next Steps
Keep an eye for swelling
Health Tips
Avoid biting, eating from front teeth.
