My 13 month baby is on breastfeeding solid food too he cut my nipple hardly sometimes its paining then every thing was normal baby was doesn't want to leave mom feeding I think milk production was low so the baby cuts my nipple hardly Wat can I do

Be firm. Give him some top feed first, may be meshed potato, banana. You should also give him Daal ka pani, meshed Dalia etc. A change of taste may make him change his food habits.
