Please advice the best medicine for B12 vitamine...i have nerve pains..in whole body...i think i have difficiency of b12 vitamin...pls suggest best b12

I thing you get tested first plz don't think by symptoms 1 st do for vitamin B12 test  then only start any supplement s by recommendation of qualified doc
