B12 deficiency

My b12 level is 86 pg/ml. What b12 dose i should take to get optimum level. I am non vegetarian but was not eating regular meat. Please tell me dose without offering paid consultation if possible otherwise ignore my query.

Injection Eldervit 2500 IU alternate day for 1. -2 weeks Followed by once a week for 6 weeks Then once a month for 6 months. After that repeat B12 levels
