B12 deficiency

My B12 is at 236 and Hydroxy Vitamin D at 37as per latest reports. Do I need medicines for both to maintain optimum levels. I feel exhausted often and pain in hands even in small tasks like combing hair. HB is at 11.7. Please suggest medicines.

Tab neurobion forte one daily for 4 werks. Syp R.b.tone 5m.l every morning and evening for 2 weeks.Syp ostocalcium 5m.l morning and evening for 2 weeks. Tab zerodol sp one every 8hours for 3 days for pain. Take more of fresh green leafy vegetables,  pumpkin,  beetroot,  pomegranate, orange,  apples, jaggery,  nuts, milk,  curds.

your report of b12 level is at lower range of normal level and vit D is ok normal . kindly specify your complain in detail and of what duration  .
