Would like to know your symptoms kore in detail.
And lets take this in 2 ways if you have vitamin b12 deficiency due to vegan diet then oral vitamin b12 will take 3 months to shows normal levels in blood. And if it is due to stomach issue lack of intrinsic factor then oral vitamin b12 will not wrk it requires injection to show normal levels in blood in 3 months
