I feel internal vibration while standing, sleeping,while sitting wavy, hands shaking. Numbness in tooth, left feet. Belching, acid reflux, I feel fear if falling.     I feel tired. And feel like sleeping. But don't get sleep. Sound irritating. I can't spend time happily with my children. I am on medication for b12 nurokind fast strip weekly once finished, Lumia 60k for d3. Monthly once No diabetes. Please suggest me doctor
