My wife neha 28 yr old is suffering from avn stage1 and pain is lot and hard to walk. is there is any treatment with out operation.

Conservative management of Avascular necrosis is essentially non weight bearing over affected hip. Alendronates help in healing the necrotic foci. Pain indicates increased pressure within the femoral head and ongoing necrotic process.
