Follow Balanced diet .so you have A.hepatitis ,hypothyroidism and rheumatoid arthritis mainly.your condition is not treatable completely but its manageable by drugs only .these diseases persists lifelong once diagnosed, so never missed the medicine otherwise complications occures.

A Biopsy is gold standard for diagnosis of AIH. As you mentioned above you are taking HCQ for Rheumatoid arthritis which is an autoimmune condition also hypothyroidism is also an autoimmune disease, also you mentioned urticaria so hypersensitivity reactions are also occurring in your body, so other autoimmune conditions are likely possible.
Next Steps
Thoroughly consult with your primary healthcare provider for other Comorbid conditions with immunological, liver and kidney function tests. Also, on considering of using an immunosuppressive medication for long term management.
Health Tips
Improvement is based on individual basis, so how well you respond to treatment. Some do achieve remission and acute flare up of diseases. Diet -Protein based after checking kidney function with less salt, fruits, vegetables etc. Lifestyle modification required exercise, yoga, meditation etc. Thanks.
