Hello, yesterday i bleached my teeth and then I ate rice with spinach because spinach was not on the list of foods I should avoid 48 hours after bleaching, but then I read it leaves stains. I immediately brushed my teeth with whitening paste but I am afraid I permantly stained my teeth.

here u have not mentioned  that u r afraid of having stains or u already can see some staining visible on ur teeth.
