Can ashwagandha and other ayurvedic herbs increase height after 25? I have read ashwagandha is a growth stimulant and can increase height.

Ashwagandha doesn't lead to height increase...it's a rasayan ( rejuvinate the body)...reliever of over stress,anxiety, For good sleep!
